• Roasting & Shipping: We roast our beans in small batches to ensure quality. Once an order is placed, we start the process specifically for you.

• Accuracy: We do our best to display colors and textures accurately in our “Glass” interface, but the real magic is in the taste and aroma when it arrives.

4. Intellectual Property

The Sunset Lotus name, logo, and our unique website design are our creative property. We love it when you share your coffee experience on social media, but please don’t use our branding for commercial purposes without asking first.

5. Limitation of Liability

From the moment this site went live, we have been 100% focused on maintaining it as our brand’s greatest asset and your favorite place to shop. We strive to provide the most seamless experience, the most competitive pricing, and the highest quality service. While we work tirelessly to keep sunsetlotus.id running perfectly, we are not liable for temporary technical “crashes” or delivery delays caused by shipping carriers once your coffee leaves our hands.
