Roast to Order Schedule

Roasted today, gone tomorrow. Our daily roasting cycle ensures that your coffee is never off-the-shelf, but always freshly roasted.

  • Roasting Days: Monday – Saturday (Closed on Sundays & Public Holidays)

  • Order Cut-off: We strive to process and ship all orders placed during business hours on the same day. However, for orders received near the end of our daily operations, any remaining shipments will be handled as our top priority for the very next business day.

  • Freshness Guarantee: Every bag is shipped within 24–48 hours of roasting to ensure your coffee arrives at its flavor peak.

Shipping & Tracking

  • Domestic Standard Shipping : Domestic shipping options include Economy, Regular, Express, and Cargo services. Available couriers are listed in our website footer, and specific delivery estimates will be provided at checkout based on your selected method.

  • Domestic Instant / Sameday : Instant and Sameday delivery services are available for a limited radius. Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on your distance from our roastery. If your location exceeds the maximum allowable distance, these options will not appear at checkout.
    Note : Instant orders are our highest priority. We aim to dispatch them as quickly as possible during business hours. Orders placed outside of operational hours will be prioritized for fulfillment the following business morning.

  • Tracking : A tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as the courier scans your package.

  • Overseas Shipping : Once your order has shipped, a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking site will be added to your order details.

Shipping Rates

  • Domestic (Indonesia) : Calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

  • Overseas : International shipping is calculated at a fixed rate per kilogram. The total cost will be updated in your cart once you enter your shipping address.

For international orders, we currently provide manual tracking numbers that can be used on our partner carrier’s website. We are actively working on integrating a seamless, in-site tracking experience for your future convenience.

Packaging & Damage

  • Packaging : All our coffee is packed in high-quality foil bags with one-way valves. Placed inside a customized carton box and sealed securely to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

  • Overseas Extra Protection : For international shipments, we provide extra protection by adding internal bubble wrap and a full exterior seal to withstand the long journey to your doorstep.

  • Damage Claims & Returns : To ensure we can resolve any issues caused by courier handling, we require a video unboxing for all claims. If your package arrives punctured or damaged :

    • Record a video starting from the unopened package until the damage is clearly shown.

    • Contact us at hello@sunsetlotus.id or our direct official WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.

    • Note : A complete unboxing video is a mandatory requirement to process claims for damages caused by logistics handling.
